1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

The 88efb platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you meet each condition at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.

3. Account Registration and Management

To access the full range of features on 88efb you must create a registered account. Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts — regardless of the device, payment method or identity details used — is a breach of these terms and may result in forfeiture of all associated funds.

Account Verification (KYC)

88efb may require you to verify your identity at any point after registration. This KYC process may require a government-issued photo ID such as a National ID card, passport or driving licence, along with proof of your registered mobile number. Failure to complete KYC within the time requested may result in account restriction or closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with anyone. 88efb will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where such access results from your failure to keep your login details secure. Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. 88efb also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in breach of these terms without prior notice. Upon closure, any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirement will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 88efb are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We do not accept foreign currencies and do not charge currency conversion fees. Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through our supported local mobile wallet providers.

Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your account as soon as payment is confirmed by the mobile wallet provider. 88efb does not charge deposit fees. You may only deposit using a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Any active wagering requirement associated with a bonus must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed. 88efb may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the volume of requests and the policies of the receiving wallet provider.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

88efb offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, which are disclosed at the time the bonus is offered. The following general bonus rules apply to all offers unless individual promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

6. Responsible Gaming

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, publish or create derivative works from any content on this platform without the prior written consent of 88efb. 9. Limitation of Liability

88efb provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88efb disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. 88efb does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall 88efb, its directors, employees, partners, agents or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses — resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform. 88efb's total liability in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

88efb reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page and may notify registered players via their registered contact details. Your continued use of the platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting our support team.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming regulation.
